HR Director

EIDEALINK LIMITED

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as HR Director for the corporate office and be responsible for overseeing all HR functions
  • Review, develop and implement performance management and compensation & benefits programs, including market benchmarking, job banding, pay structure and benefits program design and alignment, sales incentives and bonus schemes, salary review for different business units
  • Participate in HR system implementation, review and streamline HR processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Participate in HR projects to support business development 
  • Compile HR management reports, perform data analyses and provide recommendation and prepare staff communication and presentation materials

  

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in HRM or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of all-round HR experience in sizable organization, preferably with solid all rounded HR experience with C&B capabilities
  • Candidate from F&B catering, retail, FMCG industry is preferred
  • Proven experience in preparing quality analysis, reports and presentation to management
  • Flexible, well organized and able to handle multitasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office in particular Excel, Words and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
