HR Director


OUr client is a well established bank and due to internal mobility, they are currently seeking a strong HR leader to join their HK HQ team.

Reporting to the Leadership Team, you will lead a team and oversee the full spectrum of HR duties and operations. As a key advisor to the Leadership team, you will ensure the smooth running of the function and that the compliance standards are being observed throughout the Group. This role will see you playing a key part in devising and driving the Human Resources strategy, establishing a more efficient and effective structure, and delivering HR initiatives with tangible impact. In addition, you will play a key role in outlining and executing the Organisational Development plan, facilitating cultural change, as well as enhancing corporate policies and procedures for further build out of their platform in the market.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 18 years of relevant experience, at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Prior experience gained in Banking or Asset Management firms is essential
  • Track record in delivering projects and driving cultural change
  • Background in C&B and/or held seat in Remuneration Committee are highly desirable
  • Superb leadership skills, previous experience in leading and coaching a high performing HR function
  • Excellent command of both English and Mandarin
