HR Director


Our client is an established Start up Technology company with their Hong Kong global hub. They are now in their growth phase with view of further building out their business and HR function. As a result, they are now seeking for a HR Director to join their leadership team.

Reporting to the Founder and CEO, you will lead a HR team which is still in expansion mode. As a rapidly growing technology company , you will enhance and further build out the HR function, providing a full scope of HR advisory duties such as talent management, training and development, compensation and benefits, employees relations and engagement. Along with the management team, you will develop and execute the HR strategy coupled with people development programmes, hence playing a direct role in increasing the company value.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree in HR Management or Business Administration
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
  • Prior exposure gained in Start Up or Technology multinationals is preferred
  • Previous experiences in managing global or APAC offices is highly desirable
  • Ability to thrive in a multi - cultural, fast moving fluid environment
  • Excellent leadership capability AND hands on work style
  • Good language skills and willingness to travel once permitted
