HR Employee Engagement & Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead and manage an overall strategy for communicating HR initiatives across all internal channels
  • Coordinate HR marketing plan by segment / products and deliver integrated marketing & communications campaigns
  • Work closely with Regional HR leadership team (e.g. Talent Acquisition across regions)
  • Strengthen employer branding by engaging social media (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Track success and effectiveness of communication strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with different teams within HR to identify key project milestones and ensure successful delivery of projects based on timelines and scope (e.g. WorkDay)
  • Establish regular project reporting mechanism for HR management and relevant business stakeholders
  • Ensure positive and joyful employee journey by driving and leading HR innovation initiatives
  • Champion for HR engagement activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5yrs experience in communications and branding
  • Proven track record in driving effective internal communication strategy
  • Solid experience in online content management & correspondence
  • Strong communication skills; excellent in written & spoken English and Chinese
