This HR Executive is responsible for the recruitment of front-line store staff and some C&B duties. The role will offer attractive salary and benefit package to suitable candidate.
Our client is a luxury brand in selling designer luxury brands including fashion pieces, accessories & jewellery, beauty products. They are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Recruiter to join them.
Responsible for end to end recruitment for frontline staff including but not limited to selection, interview, on - boarding and off boarding process
Maintain and update employees data
Act as a point of contact for all recruitment enquiries
Organise recruitment and job fairs to attract frontline candidates
Participate in routine and ad-hoc recruitment projects as required
1-2 years of relevant experience
Familiar with systems i.e. Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle, etc
Proficient in spoken and written English
Detailed oriented, a team player with pleasant personality
Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
Multi-tasker, can handle stress and fast-paced environment
