HR Executive / HR Assistant

Job Purpose: 

Provide HR and administrative support to HR Department and assist VP, Human Resources

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage recruitment activities particularly seasonal recruitment projects and Bazaar Sales hiring
  • Work closely and support VP, Human Resources on diary management/meeting schedules
  • Assist with new staff onboarding—office tour, orientation schedule, welcome kits, P-files
  • Maintain and administer various benefits schemes for new joiners and answer employees’ associated inquiries
  • Update and maintain HR records including company organization charts; staff member list on company’s internal social platform; Annual Leave records
  • Support employee engagement activities, ie. CSR programs and staff welfare activities
  • Assist and coordinate in the implementation of Human Resources programs and policies
  • Advise employees on company policies and the Labour Ordinance
  • Assist with Local Plus staff arrangement, including work visa application and renewal, relocation support
  • Prepare various HR reports
  • Expenses management for HR Department
  • Undertake any other duties/special assignments as directed by the HR Managers / VP, HR


  • Degree holder with minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
  • Detail-oriented, good team player and has initiative
  • Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
