HR Executive, Temp to Perm, MNC

We are looking for a self-starter HR professional to join the regional team in HK, responsible for all-rounded HR functions and temp-to-perm opportunity. Great company culture with excellent benefit entitlement.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Selection and retention

  • Always ensure Equal Opportunities and Diversity factors are considered during the recruitment process
  • Liaise with local agencies on recruiting and local, temp, teaching assistants and helper staff
  • Coordinate with HRBP and Regional Recruitment Team on recruitment needs
  • Maintain local job advert platform; part time staff and contract staff
  • Follow-up and liaise with selected candidates on details of job offer, provide standard details on procedures and relocating to Taiwan
  • Manage the on-boarding of newly recruited staff, including offer letters, induction, probationary reviews and letters for annual salary increments throughout employment
  • Manage all renewal or change of employee contract include full-time and part-time in compliance with the Company’s standards and accepted local legislation and practice
  • Manage and support all visa or work permit for non-HK resident staff

Performance Management/Learning & Development

  • Support performance management and training administration and reporting
  • Monthly reporting on mandatory training from online system to ensure compliance with global training requirements and procedures

HRIS

  • Ongoing management and update of the HR Information System ‘myHR’
  • Ensure 100% data accuracy is input in the system

Employee Relations

  • Work closely with HRBP regarding HR issues and queries
  • Organise employee services such as health and safety and social activities

HR Operations

  • Maintain employees’ records on all areas of compensation, benefits and training and prepare associated management reports
  • Manage employee medical, dental and life insurance schemes
  • Ensure all eligible employees are enrolled in the MPF scheme and manage the rental reimbursement scheme offered
  • Maintain and update all employee P-files
  • Support UKA staff as and when needed on: Fare paid leave, School leave and school fees
  • Create Purchase Orders and ensure HR invoices are processed within the BC policies and guidelines. Own HR Vendor management in the SAP system
  • Provide the Rewards team with accurate employee data for external and internal benchmarking
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, Termination/ Experience letters, Annual increment and bonus letters
  • Prepare and process the exit formalities and final payments for all staff leaving the Company

Requirements:

  • Must have the right to work in HK
  • Communication skills – Excellent spoken and written English Cantonese (Essential) and Mandarin (Desirable)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above; Professional HR degree or equivalent (Desirable)
  • Minimum three years’ solid experience full HR spectrum inclusive of handling expatriates
  • Experience working in a foreign multinational company
  • Familiarity with local employment & Immigration law
  • Good capability for with Excel, SAP and database resources
