A reputable and fast growing financial institution is looking for a HR Generalist with 4 years HR experience to join their team.

Client Details

My client is a reputable financial company with strong operations globally. Specifically in Hong Kong, they are aggressively expanding and has investment in fin-tech. They are currently looking for a HR Generalist with 4 to 5 years of HR experience to join their team to oversee all human capital matters.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide HR advise to top management in regards to topic of daily ER and performance management issues
  • Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment process
  • In charge on on boarding and off boarding process such as reference check, draft contract to exit interview
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related issues such as leaves, compensation
  • Compile HR report
  • Assist in any other ad hoc duties

  • 4 years proven HR Experience ; preferably in international environment
  • Possess Bachelor degree in HR or related principles
  • Solid and strong knowledge in HK Labour Ordinance
  • Personality wise: positive and proactive, committed, bubbly, responsible and responsive
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must speak fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese
