Our client is a top-tier investment bank. They are currently seeking a high caliber HR Generalist to join their organization who must have the initiative and confidence to take ownership in make strategic decisions with strong people management skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
  • Participate in various HR projects
  • Work closely with other executives
  • Support in the implementation of the firm's global HR policies and system roll-outs
  • Develop and manage candidate multiple sourcing channels
  • Review succession plans and make valid recommendations
  • Support and monitor annual salary review activities
  • Advise on manpower plans and monitor progress
  • Resolve any internal conflicts
  • Support in learning & development activities and implement framework and plans
  • Assist in any ad-hoc task as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years' HR experience within Banking/Consulting firm
  • University graduate preferably with related degree in Human Resources
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all staff levels
  • Proactive, attentive, team player
  • Strong project management skills and analytical skills
  • A strategic thinker and partner to the management team
