Responsibilities:

  • Provide full scope of HR support to HR team including recruitment, HR reports and ad hoc duties
  • Prepare regular reports, update and maintain employee records and data entry, filing of all related personal documents, etc.
  • Assist in organizing staff activities


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR Management (or equivalent subject)
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and high sensitivity to numbers
  • Proven attention to accuracy and detail, highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
