HR Manager | Business Partner

One of the HK listed bluechips is looking for a strategic & energetic HRBP/HR Manager to joint their high performing HR team.

Strong client servicing exposure

Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Head of Business to provide support on full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, organization structuring, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent development etc.

Actively streamline HR process to drive business efficiency.

Manage stakeholders and coach them to gain buy in from them.

Work with COE and shared services team to ensure business objectives are met

Assist any ad-hoc HR projects

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years HR working experience preferably in MNC

Enjoy working closely with the business and able to push back when needed on business request

Exposure working on a regional scope is highly preferred

Highly agile and able to work under an ever changing environment

Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be compulsory
