An international E-commerce giant is looking for an energetic and dynamic HRM/HRBP to assist their aggressive business expansion in the regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Head of Business to provide support on full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, organization structuring, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, talent development etc.
  • Partner with senior management to provide people advisory in order to achieve business objectives
  • Drive cultural integration and employee engagement campaign to enhance staff morale & retention
  • Work with COE and shared services team to ensure business objectives are met
  • Assist any ad-hoc HR projects

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years HR working experience in large corporations/ professional services firm/ finance services/ high tech firms
  • Enjoy working closely with the business and able to push back when needed on business request
  • Exposure working on a regional scope is highly preferred
  • Highly agile and able to work under an ever changing environment
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be compulsory
