Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementing HR initiatives, ensure HR policies, processes and practices are in line with the Company’s strategies and objectives and in compliance with related ordinance.
  • Build HR business partnership with business leaders and stakeholders of the designated regions to ensure HR process and practices are aligned across the board.
  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions to ensure daily operations are carried out in a smooth and professional manner, including but not limited to talent acquisition, performance management, annual objective setting, salary review, incentive scheme, employee relations, annual budgets, HR training & development, etc
  • Nurture a positive & harmonious work culture with high ethical standard.
  • Develop effective talent acquisitions strategies and ensure the recruiting process are aligned with the Company’s guidelines and identified well-matched candidates to be hired.
  • Provide guidance and support line managers to ensure quality annual performance review, objective setting and evaluation process in place and meeting the Corporate guidelines.
  • Support line managers to identify development needs.
  • Handle monthly payroll calculations, MPF, tax return filing, etc.
  • Ensure employee database, records and HRIS are updated in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide sound HR advice and solutions to resolve issues;
  • Provide coaching and counselling to stakeholders whenever necessary.
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management review
  • Coordinate staff recreations programs / HR / Ad hoc projects as designated by the Company

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, major in HR Management or equivalent
  • More than 5 years of HR experience, at least 2-3 years in manager role.
  • Experience in MNCs, logistics or related industry will be advantageous but not necessary.
  • Regional HR exposure in China, Taiwan, Korea, SE Asian countries a definite advantage
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, and relevant legislation requirements.
  • Good presentation & interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, strong analytical skills & project management skills
  • Pro-active with can-do attitude; self-motivated, a team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a diverse workforce and matrix organization.
  • Experience in dealing with complex and ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to work under high work pressure and tight timeline.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; prior experience in using HRIS is preferred.
  • Occasional business ravel is required.
  • Immediately Available is highly preferred
