  • Manage HR retail team to provide full range of HR account services including manpower planning, recruitment, performance management and staff relations to HK & Macau stores
  • Act as business partner to provide professional HR advice to retail operation team covering areas of talent acquisition, pay structure & commission calculation, staff movement and performance issues
  • Keep abreast of any updates on market best practices of recruitment and retention
  • Initiate and work on HR projects including performance management, market research and annual salary review exercise
  • Prepare HR reports for management review
  • Responsible for ad hoc HR activities


  • Degree holder in related disciplines
  • 5 years working experiences preferably from fashion retail/ Hospitality
  • Hands on experience in frontline recruitment and commission calculation
  • Strong analytical skills and project management skills.
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme and related legislation
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
