Manage HR retail team to provide full range of HR account services including manpower planning, recruitment, performance management and staff relations to HK & Macau stores
Act as business partner to provide professional HR advice to retail operation team covering areas of talent acquisition, pay structure & commission calculation, staff movement and performance issues
Keep abreast of any updates on market best practices of recruitment and retention
Initiate and work on HR projects including performance management, market research and annual salary review exercise
Prepare HR reports for management review
Responsible for ad hoc HR activities
Degree holder in related disciplines
5 years working experiences preferably from fashion retail/ Hospitality
Hands on experience in frontline recruitment and commission calculation
Strong analytical skills and project management skills.
Well versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme and related legislation
Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
14 months’ salary package
