Responsibilities:
  • Lead the compensation and benefits team to provide professional compensation and benefits services & advices
  • Perform C&B management focusing on policies and procedures review and revise, and payroll review as well
  • Act as HR business partner for some business units to provide full spectrum of human resources activities
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Min 6 years solid C&B experience with 3 years in a managerial level gained from a sizable organization/MNC is preferred
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and HR related legislation
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Meticulous, mature and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
