HR Manager, C&B

One of the global leader in fighting malicious internet attacks that headquartered in United States, is now seeking a HR Manager, C&B to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain group-wide human resources strategies with focus on compensation and benefit management including:
  • Short-term and long-term incentive schemes design and review
  • Executive pay management mechanism design and review
  • Annual bonus allocation & pay review
  • Job evaluation & market benchmarking
  • Maintenance of C&B policies & staff wellness programs
  • Global mobility planning & implementation
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree Holder in Human Resources Management, Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics & Mathematics or relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years’ experience in human resources area, preferably in compensation and benefit in techology firms
  • Familiar with market practices, and relevant statutory and compliance requirements in Hong Kong, China and across the APAC
  • Strong analytical, report writing & communication skills
  • Good team player and open-minded to new ideas
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • LESS experience will be considered as Assistant HR Manager
