HR Manager - Compensation & Benefits

  • Lead a team to provide full spectrum C&B services including but not limited to payroll and benefits administration for the frontline staff (both Hong Kong and Macau) in a professional and efficient manner
  • Participate in C&B projects, such as staff cost budget, salary benchmarking, benefits scheme renewal, performance management & tax reporting
  • Establish and review of compensation and rewards policies, such as pay/bonus structure and incentive scheme design
  • Prepare monthly reports including headcounts & staff cost analysis for management review
  • Responsible for HRIS implementation and enhancement
  • Assist in annual review cycle
  • Handle other ad-hoc C&B projects as required


  • Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in full-set of frontline staff payroll, compensation, benefits and reward design in sizeable company, with 2 years' supervisory level experience
  • Hands-on experience in C&B operational tasks with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Taxation Law and other related ordinances
  • Knowledgeable in SAP System is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Advanced Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
