Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage phrases of HR project, provide solution & support on the implementation of HR application
  • Plan, organize and control the process in HR project implementation
  • Consolidate & analyze requirements, evaluate solution feasibility, manage project objectives & risk
  • Liaise and work closely with vendors on HR application to deliver quality business solutions
  • Participate in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in HRM / Information System or any related disciplines
  • Around 3- 5 years of experiences, solid exposure in HR system implementation is preferred
  • Good team player, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn and willing to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and Chinese written communication, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
