Client Details

Our client is a leading quality and risk management specialist for many large corporate businesses. This is a new headcount, and the company is seeking a seasoned HR Manager with strong HRBP experience covering the following key areas: Talent Acquisition, Employment Relations, performance management, organisational development.


  • Act as the business partner of business units to offer advice and solutions on HR related matters
  • Partner with the upper management on succession planning, and overall workforce strategy
  • Be Responsible for end-end recruitment process
  • Implement ways to maximise organisational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee the performance evaluation process and support managers to handle specific performance issues
  • Proactively identify retention strategies
  • Generating monthly reports for upper management
  • Ensure company is compliant with local legislation and employment ordinance


  • Degree holder, ideally in Human Resources Management with at least minimum of 6 years' experience
  • Solid experience in HRBP, preferably having worked in sizeable firms
  • Independent, flexible, result-driven, analytical with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritisation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high change environment
  • Excellent communications in Chinese and English written and verbal skills is required
