Our Client is the world's leading inspection, verification, testing and Certification Company, now currently looking for a HR Manager to join their team.

This role will be reporting to the HR Director, with excellent opportunities for growth managing full range of HR services with recruitment focus to cope with the rapid expansion for the company.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, all-rounded HR operations, recruitment, compensation & benefits, staff relation, talent management.
  • A key driver/focus on mass & aggressive Talent Acquisition/recruitment initiatives .
  • Translate business requirements into recruitment demand and solutions to cope with rapid growing workforce, advance employer branding, formulate fast hiring strategies, various analytics on recruitment effectiveness and quality new recruits, exploring new/innovative channels, accelerating recruitment efforts
  • Manage employee relations, staff retention practices, positive employee relations
  • Manage HR programs/initiatives including but not limited to salary review, performance bonus, performance management process, integration project.
  • HR analytics reporting, with advice and recommendation to management on various HR aspects for planning and improvement, conduct benchmarking
  • Review HR policies, processes and procedures from time to time in legal compliance, and in line with company and group HR requirements
  • Stakeholder management liaising with all internal and external stakeholders, as a focal HR management point for group HR.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 6 years of HR management experience, Solid experience in mass recruitment.
  • Resilient and mature. Detailed oriented, responsible and well-organized.
  • Experience in import labor and construction industry advantage
  • Good stakeholder's management and interpersonal skills
  • Well-versed in HR practices, labor ordinance & related legal regulatory
  • Good command of both Chinese and English.
