As the function head and reporting directly to the COO, you will plan, lead, develop and coordinate the HR policies as well as activities, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.
- Oversee and execute full HR functions including organization development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, staff retention, performance management, training and employee relations
- Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management; recruit, interview, hire and train new staff
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting and retention and advise on both local and international HR matters
- Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate and implement policies, processes, training and initiatives to support the organization’s strategic development needs
- People management responsibility to 1 HR team member
- With the help from the HR team member, oversee and take charge of full spectrum of office administration matters on a day-to-day basis for our HK office sites
- Perform other duties as required
- University degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR Services & office management. Solid experience/ comfortable in working in a start up environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with all levels of staff in a professional and positive manner
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Knowledge and experience of employment-related laws and regulations in different countries is an advantage
- Self-motivated, committed, detail-minded, resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
