  • Collaborate with business leaders and internal key stakeholders on organizational design to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide insight in ensuring consistent HR approaches and best practices are followed across the Hong Kong & Macau Affiliate.
  • Build rapport and work closely with Brands to enhance the resourcing strategy, including but not limited to social media recruitment strategy
  • Assess and identify capabilities and talent gaps in the retail operations organization.
  • Review the Commission Schemes for all Brands to pay for Service Excellence and Performance.
  • Effectively communicate and execute Corporate HR initiatives and programs.


  • University Bachelor’s Degree or above in business related disciplines a must
  • A minimum of 8 years’ proven HR Business Partnering experience including experience working closely with frontline sales employees and 3 years at managerial level in large multinational corporations or multi-brands organization.
  • Solid experience in HR campaign development, project and change management with effective communication skills highly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure and highly visible work environment
  • Solid retail sales compensation management experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Computer literate, well-versed in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
