The Job Description

  • Monitor daily Human Resources Operations in Hotels & Serviced Apartments
  • Provide professional HR advice to Business Unit Head
  • Manage Human Resources affairs such as recruitment and people developments for Business Unit
  • Maintain good employee relations by organizing staff activities to ensure effective communications, team building and staff motivations
  • Develop and comply various human resources reports and statistics for management review
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with legal requirements

The Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources / business administration / hospitality management or equivalent
  • At least 10 years’ relevant working experience in Hotel industry
  • Well verse in HK labour related legislation
  • Strong manpower planning, and performance management skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
