Our client is one of the well-known companies in Hong Kong with strong business operations in the logistic field. A golden opportunity arises from the management team for a HR talent to join to take care the HR function in the company.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading a team of professional to manage full spectrum of HR activities with focus on business partnering and C&B
  • Develop HR strategy to build talents and develop people to achieve the company success strategically
  • Work closely with top management team on any HR initiatives and take part in the company strategic decision making
  • Review the group HR & Admin practices and provide strategic direction
  • Develop employee relation programs to motivate staff engagement and manage retention
  • Drive a culture of growth, organization changes, business transformation and positive employee relations
  • Be a servicing partner to all business units in terms of guiding growth and ensuring a comprehensive HR infrastructure in place

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 8 year’s solid HR & Administration experience with preference in logistic industry or sizable organization
  • Hands-on, proactive, independent with excellent communication skills
  • Good stakeholder's management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent writing skill is a must
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
