Responsibility :

  • Identification, Sourcing and Selection of people to meet the needs of different Departments of Sabrina/The Well – Initiate and implement budgeted hiring needs within agreed timeline and quality.
  • Develop and Drive positive employee relationship Orientation for the ER team.
  • Build an engagement cross functional team to action initiatives identified for correction.
  • People Performance & Capability development
  • Implement and manage Key Result Areas(KRAs)/ Key performance indicators (KPIs)/ Goals for all employees and ensure periodic feedback on performance.
  • Support departments to Manage poor performance early in the year and put in place a performance improvement plan for poor performers

Job requirements:-

  • Degree in HR or relevant disciplines;
  • 8 years or above supervisory experience  
  • Good communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
