Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice to Local HR Director with the development of the annual HR plan and budget, implement and execute the HR plan within the country, to contribute to the realization of HR objectives.
  • Provide support in the execution and administration of the resourcing and recruitment process, to enable the managers to contribute to an optimal staffing of the organization.
  • Provide support and administer local training activities, in line with regional training strategy, to contribute to the realization of training plans and enable monitoring of effectiveness.
  • Provide support in the execution of the performance management process, to enable managers to optimally manage the performance of their employees
  • Generate management information and check the quality of HR statistics and reports, in cooperation with HR Director, to enable the HR Director to submit the management information correct and in time.
  • Support the implementation of global Business Excellence policies, monitor compliance and report performance against KPI's and contribute to identification of possibilities to optimize performance
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintain the global integrated Management System within country in order to comply to international ISO standards
  • Generate, analyse and report on the on-going process of internal auditing (ISO 9K. ISO 14K, ISO 45K, IiP, Operational Auditing, C2K, IS) and executed management reviews, to ensure alignment with National BE Manager as well as to ensure realization of national business excellence plan.

Requirement:

  • University graduate with minimum of 8 years of experience working in human resources and related industry
  • Well-versed with employment ordinances, MPF and HR-related legislations
  • A positive team player with good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills who performs well under pressure and is able to multi-task
  • Customer-service orientated, pleasant and flexible; able to work with other employees at various levels with a willingness to help
  • Analytical, innovative and able to change at a fast pace
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail- and results-oriented
  • Experience in HRIS is preferred
  • Proficiency in PC applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and strong typing skill (Chinese and English word processing)
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred
