Our client is a leading Chinese financial investment firm seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the full-spectrum of HR duties across the growing business.

Client Details

Our client is a market leading Chinese based investment firm primarily focusing in investments across securities, currencies and commodities amongst other key financial products both in Hong Kong and China.


Reporting directly to the CEO, the selected candidate will take a lead role to develop and implement firm-wide HR strategies and initiatives to align with the overall business strategies and goals.

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • At least 8+ years relevant experience in HR related role within investment management or financial services firm (Chinese securities firm experience preferred)
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Flexible, can do attitude with high sense of ownership and willing to learn
  • Understanding of business functions, comprehensive understanding of the various HR products and best practices
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese writing and Putonghua required
