Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all local recruitment activities, strategies and requests from line managers
  • Arrange full cycle of recruitment logistics set up, including job advertisement posting, screening resume, interviewing, contract preparation or more
  • Identify focused recruitment strategy, handle recruitment progress, maintain talent database and potential pipelines
  • Maintain good employee relations with the internal staff
  • Regular shop visits and look after the needs of the staff
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition Projects and regularly review the hiring needs
  • Regularly involve in salary bench marking projects
  • As the final check of the monthly payment
  • Carry out any ad-hoc projects duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines with minimum 8 years' working experience in all rounded HR functions, MNC preferred
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Proactive with “can-do" attitude and able to multi-task
  • High attention to details and problem-solving skill
  • Knowledgeable in Hong Kong Labor Ordinance
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel); Good in Excel preferred
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
