HR Manager

Samson Paper Co Ltd

Responsibilities:

  • Work out HR functional strategy and carry out execution
  • Respond to the HQ management for all HR issues to support business operation upon
  • Organization structure
  • Manpower planning
  • People development
  • Provide full spectrum of HR support and services to all HK,  CN and oversea employees
  • Handle deployment of HR system
  • Work out HR policy, process and workflow for internal control and ensure they are complying to legal standard
  • Liaise with China team to ensure company policy is align with HK HQ
  • Compile management reports and statistical analysis
  • Participate in HR and admin projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • 5-6 years of HR working experience
  • Well versed with HK and China Employment Ordinance
  • Having knowledge of HR in PRC is an advantage.
  • Attentive to details and highly result-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
  • Willing to have frequent travel, including PRC.
  • Immediate availability is preferred
