HR Manager

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Providing full spectrum of HR functions include: recruitment & selection, performance management, talent management and development, update HR policies, etc.
  • Handling the whole recruitment and selection process of hiring staff.
  • Be resourceful in finding ways to recruit talent that fits into the company culture.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and company policies to support the rapid growth & development of the company.
  • Liaise closely with team heads and line managers on HR strategic planning / HR initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement and performance management programs.
  • Develop and implement internal communications project in align with company direction.
  • Succession planning, talent management & development.
  • Works closely with management and employees to build morale, increase productivity and retention, keep management informed of employee sentiments/ concerns/ challenges.
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.


  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources or related disciplines with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Chinese Word Processing and other commonly used office software.
  • Strong business mind set with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Self-motivated, independent and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Have a positive and passionate approach with a can-do attitude.
  • Produce clear and concise verbal and written communications.
