Reporting to the HR Director, your main responsibilities will be to:

  1. Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Organization Development, Employee’s Relation and HR Global Projects;
  2. Review and implement HR strategies, manpower plan and policies that are aligned with company objectives;
  3. Plan and execute HR budget plan, forecast and reports;
  4. Perform ad-hoc HR project and initiatives;
  5. Lead a team of HCD professionals to ensure that HR strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the Company complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standard.

The successful candidate will be :

  1. Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline preferred;
  2. Minimum 10 years of HR experience with 5 years people management exposure in a sizable company, FMCG or handling frontline headcount will be preferred;
  3. Entrepreneurial and able to work in a fast paced environment with numerous stakeholders;
  4. Hands-on and solution-oriented skills;
  5. Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and HR Practices;
  6. Strong interpersonal skills including negotiation, influencing and conflict management;
  7. Proficient in both verbal and written Chinese and English.
