My client is a leading multinational company, manufacturing a range of consumer electronics products, including audio products.
This role is for a high caliber Business Partner, Human Resources Manager, to cover all aspects of HR for a team of several hundred high-end technical specialist professionals.:
Map out a Staffing plan to support the business deliverables;
Lead Organization Development programs for staff development plans, succession plans and continuity plans.
Design effective staff training plans to equip staff with needed technical and non-technical knowledge to achieve the staff development plans, succession plans and continuity plans.
Lead process for performance management system and performance improvement process with Business Unit Head and devise programs to raise people engagement and employee retention;
Effectively recruit and select talented professional to meet the strategic business goals
You will have over 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years managerial experience
Your experience will cover all aspects of HRM, and also preferably cover electronics industry in China
Your degree will probably be in Human Resource Management or Business related
Experienced in dealing with both China labor law and HR employment ordinances and the relevant taxation issues.
Your language skills will include English and Mandarin.
You will probably be travelling 3 to 4 days a week to the Business Unit, located in Shenzhen
