Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to designated business units to provide professional HR consultative service
  • Liaise with stakeholders and senior management on HR strategic planning, manpower allocation, HR costing and budgeting, etc., to cope with the business growth
  • Provide professional HR solutions to staff enquiries from all levels of employees
  • Collaborate with department leads and line managers on people development programs on talent management, succession planning, and high potential development programs
  • Enhance communication channels between management and employees by organizing effective employee relation programs
  • Partner with HR specialist teams on driving and developing HR initiatives to cope with the organization development plan
  • Participate in any HR projects as required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
  • 12-16 years of solid HR experience gained from sizable organizations as a business partner
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management
  • Strong business acumen with effective interpersonal skills
  • Pro-active, fast-paced and flexible in coping with changes
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
