HR Manager

We are a watch manufacturing company with headquarters in Hong Kong and operations in Shenzhen, China.  A very rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the team.  This role is based in Hong Kong and China, need travel to China frequently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all round Human Resources functions and duties including Recruitment and Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Staff Relations, Performance Management, Employee Relations among to other key HR duties;
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and company policies to support the rapid growth & development of the Company;
• Prepare HR reports and reporting to the President;
• Recruitment for both HK and China operations, being familiar with labour laws in both markets is preferred ;
• Oversee HR & administration operations (HK and China), including procurement, maintenance of equipment, inventory control and facilities management;
• Conduct office budget planning and control, manage the tenancy agreement, office renovation;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned;

Requirements

• Degree holder in HR management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in all-round Human Resources & Administration;
• Familiar with both HK and China markets
• Excellent problem solving skills, ability to work effectively cross functionally
• Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
• Ability to travel to China on a regular basis
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and Chinese word processing;
• Previous experiences in Chinese State-owned-Enterprises will be highly preferred;
