This position will be directly reported to the Human Resources Director, Asia, to execute and support HR and office administrative programs and processes, facilities that aligned to the business strategy. He/She provides leadership and support to drive a high performing business team, organization and the all talents related issues, such as employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, learning & development.

In addition, he/she provides support on all company-wide initiatives and processes and plays a key leadership role in the Asia offices and leads the support and promotion of organization values. 


  • Write up procedures and policies and to communicate the updated procedures and policies to staff.
  • Supervise and coordinate work procedures for sub-ordinates.
  • Recommend solutions related to staff selection.
  • Maintain and manage the pay and benefits system, and to analyze data and prepare related management reports.
  • Design and propose activities and programs for staff engagement purpose.
  • Analysis of market information.
  • Understand the training and business needs of the staff, so as to design and deliver programs, and to enrich training content to improve effectiveness.


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • At least 8 years' managerial experience in all round HR functions, especially in payroll for Hong Kong and China.
  • Proficiency of the Hong Kong and China labor law and regulatory.
  • Able to lead and motivate the team to achieve high performance.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with people at all levels and different culture.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, manage projects and handle multiple responsibilities while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken of English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS office such as outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.


* Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Office Admin. Manager.
