HR & Office Administrator



To support the expansion of our Hong Kong office, we are looking for an energetic and people-oriented individual to join as HR & Office Administrator. Reporting to the HR Director, you will work in a multi-cultural office and be the “go-to" person for all Hong Kong based employees and offer help wherever possible on all rounded office administrative tasks and travel arrangements. You will also assist the HR Director on daily HR operations across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and handle all rounded office administrative tasks including but not limited to: office supplies management & procurement, office space maintenance & improvement, courier distribution & management etc.
  • Greet clients and candidates upon their arrival
  • Coordinate travel arrangement and accommodation requests for employees
  • Support HR Director on different HR initiatives and projects
  • Assist in company activities and events
  • Administer the corporate healthcare plan for employees
  • Handle mobility related tasks: visa applications, internal transfer etc.
  • Ensure all equipment, accounts, seating arrangement, are in place for new starters
  • Carry out on & off boarding activities for new starters and leavers
  • Maintain personal folders (both hard copies + on our local HR system)
  • Draft employment contract & other relevant letters
  • Assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned by HR Director


  • Degree or above
  • With at least 3 years’ experience in similar position
  • Native in Cantonese with excellent oral and written English communication
  • Knowledge in MS office
  • Experience in working in multi-cultural environment is advantageous
  • Good team player, detail oriented and is able to deliver at minimum supervision
