Handle office & HR related matters but not limited to recruitment, C&B, employee relation, performance management, manpower planning, HK work visa arrangement.
Manage HR strategies from time to time to ensure legal compliance and market competitiveness.
Lead the admin. team and ensure the team provide professional and efficient services.
Prepare various analyze reports, proposals and budget forecast report to management.
Be accountable for ad-hoc projects and related duties when required.
Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
Over 10 years’ experience in HR, with at least 7 years at management capacity.
Well-verses in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations.
Positive with "Can Do" attitude, detail-minded, well organized and able to work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build relationships at all levels.
Excellent proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
