  • Responsible for monthly payroll calculation
  • Handle compensation & benefit administration such as tax filing, medical insurance, staff attendance, leave management and MPF
  • Serve as the key person for payroll-related enquiries
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of HRIS
  • Assist in HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects


  • Degree in Human Resources, Accounting is preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in handling large scale of payroll processing and administration, preferably with background in logistics industry
  • Hands on experience of HRIS management will be an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and be a team player
  • Strong in numerical skills and capable of handling massive data
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel advanced functions and Chinese word processing
