Responsibilities:

  • To handle staff recruitment exercise including but not limited to advertisement preparation, screening of applications, conducting interviews, reference check, offer making, and preparing for employment contracts, etc.;
  • To assist the Human Resources Manager in various training & development programme;
  • To facilitate the orientation programme for new joined staff or existing staff;
  • To prepare for various periodical statistics, analysis and reports for management’s review;
  • To provide support in regular and ad-hoc projects.

 

Requirements

  • A higher diploma or university degree in human resources management or a relevant discipline;
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience;
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Hong Kong Taxation, MPF regulations and other related legislations;
  • Detailed minded with initiatives in dealing with various people in a multi-cultural environment;
  • Good communication and organizational skills;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; and
  • Proficient in computer software applications including MS-Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
