Midas Associates Limited is a focused banking and finance executive search firm formed by Consultants who were senior investment, commercial, corporate & consumer bankers.

our client is a sizable investment bank looking for a promising candidate to join their C&B Team

Duties :

  • C&B Operations
  • Assist in conduct salary surveys and perform data analysis
  • Assist in annual salary budget, review and performance appraisal
  • Analyse and provide manpower statistics such as monthly headcount report
  • Handle MPF, Medical enrollment and termination
  • Handle group medical and life insurance matters
  • Assist in organizing staff activities
  • Provide administrative support and assist in C&B ad-hoc projects

Requirement :

  • University graduated
  • 3-5 years of C&B experience gained from sizable corporation
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Attention to details, committed and be a good team player
