HR Officer - C&B

Our client is a luxury retail brand and they are looking for a HR Officer under C&B team for maternity cover.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for payroll processing for HK and Macau regular payroll
- Assist in salary review & bonus process, OT & commission etc under SAP
- Support MPF, medical scheme administration, system enhancement and process streamlining
- Prepare HR reports for management review
- Report to HR Manager and support on projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in HR related discipline
- At least 3 years payroll experience with payroll service providers or MNCs
- IPL and WORKDAY knowledge is a plus
- Detail minded and self-initiative with high level of integrity
- Good communication skills and able to work at matrix working environment
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS office
