Our client is a luxury retail brand and they are looking for a HR Officer under C&B team for maternity cover.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for payroll processing for HK and Macau regular payroll
  • Assist in salary review & bonus process, OT & commission etc under SAP
  • Support MPF, medical scheme administration, system enhancement and process streamlining
  • Prepare HR reports for management review
  • Report to HR Manager and support on projects

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR related discipline
  • At least 3 years payroll experience with payroll service providers or MNCs
  • IPL and WORKDAY knowledge is a plus
  • Detail minded and self-initiative with high level of integrity
  • Good communication skills and able to work at matrix working environment
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office
