Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations, visa application & renewal, etc.
  • Arrange recruitment projects such as recruitment day and job fair, arrange and conduct interview, preparing employment contract and process onboard procedure
  • Assist in HR system implementation
  • Handle ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma in Human Resources/ Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years solid HR experience in C&B areas, preferably in F&B industry
  • Good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance
  • Smart, detail minded, good team player, excellent communication skills, able to work with all levels of people and with positive working attitude;
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
  • Well versed MS Office applications such as Word, Excel (vookup, pivot table), and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
  • Immediately availability is preferred
