We are looking for a high-caliber HR Officer specialized in Learning & Development to join our HK Office.

Your Responsibilities:  

Learning & Development (80%)

  • Conduct training needs analysis and build up Fidu-fit L&D curriculum
  • Conduct company-wide orientation program
  • Develop Hi-Performer (Sponsor) Program
  • Develop and implement annual training calendar
  • Source, review and arrange external trainers and coaches
  • Take care of logistics, venue setup, update record and notice
  • Take up ad hoc projects as assigned

HR Operations (20%)

  • Adopt 4-Eye principle on Employment Contracts and Offer Letters; and projects
  • Work closely and share the best practices with HR Team in China
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and team-building events

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management 
  • 3 years hands-on design and delivery of training program experience
  • Analytical, structured with good planning and implementation experience
  • Self-motivated, passionate and proactive personality
  • Strong cross-team coordination skills with good communication
  • Fluent written & spoken English and Mandarin are essential
  • Good at Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
