HR Officer, Listed Property Developer

Our client is a listed company with diversified business across the globe. Their business has diversified into industries with its core remained in property development and management. With optimistic development and rapid growth they are looking for a Senior HR Officer to join their high-performing team.

About the Role:
  • You will be based in the group level office; job duties including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and training etc.
  • Perform end to end recruitment for office staff
  • Handle full set compensation and benefits
  • Identify training needs and evaluated the training effectiveness, prepare and monitor the training budget
  • Participate in employee relations, organise staff & CSR activities
  • Participate in formulating and implementing HR policies & guidelines
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned
About the People:
  • Degree in HRM/ Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years of experiences as solid HR background , preferably experiences gained from sizeable companies preferably real estate industry/ mixed industries group/ conglomerate
  • Personality wise: Good communication skills and good team player, approachable and fast-learner
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
