The International Montessori School (IMS)

IMS is looking for suitable candidates to fill up the vacancy for HR Officer.  We invite applications from applicants with the following requirements:

 

REQUIREMENTS: -

  • 2-3 years relevant working experience is preferred
  • Fluent in both written & spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Independent, responsible, detail-oriented, good time management skills, good communication and interpersonal skill, and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good team player and well organized, able to work with people of different levels
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Accounting is an advantage
  • Experience in educational institution is an advantage

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: -

  • Perform full spectrum of C & B functions including leave management, rental reimbursement plan, Staff advance , and enrollment to the school’s medical scheme
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts and addendums
  • Processing application and renewal of work visas, Teacher registration, and Teacher qualification assessment
  • Responsible for HR records maintenance
  • Assist in monthly payroll calculation for teaching staff & housekeepers
  • Prepare tax documents
  • Provide HR support to schools and answer staff enquiries
  • Coordinates with new teachers on on-boarding arrangements
  • Provide assistance in preparing month-end reports
  • Perform any extra duties as assigned
