HR Officer (Recruitment & Engagement Engagement)

  • Perform and handle the full spectrum of recruitment functions including attracting, sourcing, screening and hiring of right candidates to drive operation efficiency
  • Collaborate with operation managers to understand the staffing needs and selection criteria
  • Direct sources for talent through social media, employee referrals, sourcing tools and other innovative channels proactively
  • Prepare various reports and analysis for management review
  • Keep a close eye on market trend and legal updates proactively
  • Handle employee engagement programs including but not limited to employee events, employee surveys, focus groups, employee publications and communication videos to boost employee morale and commitment as well as to enhance the positive working environment
  • Prepare project plans with clear communication and ensure timelines are met
  • Assist other ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in F&B industry of which with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement
  • Passionate, proactive, independent and well organized and with a strong sense of responsibilities
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available will be an advantage
