Job duties:

  • Provide full scope of HR functions to offices, including Payroll, C&B, Recruitment, L&D, staff engagement etc
  • Support the whole office general administrative duties, office management, equipment maintenance, filing, procurement and vendor management etc
  • Handling secretarial duties as required, e.g: travel arrangement, expense claim etc
  • Maintain HR system and data updates, including employee record and personal details
  • Responsible for employee relations and staff engagement, such as coordinate for company events and staff activities
  • Assist in prepare documents and company policies
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required,

Requirement and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business-related disciplines
  • Min 5 years working experience in HR and Admin field
  • Good knowledge in employment related ordinances and statutory regulations
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good command in computer skills,
  • Immediately available is preferred
