Responsibilities:

  • To assist in formulating and enhancing HR policies & procedures.
  • To liaise with retail stores and provide advice and assistance on various people issues.
  • To facilitates people development initiatives including talent requisition and trainee programs.
  • To execute The Group’s Human Resources Strategy & Direction at Business Unit level in HK.
  • To collaborate with senior management to increase employee commitment and capability in order to supporting the business growth.
  • Provide support in business related events and ad-hoc projects / tasks as assigned from the Management.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
  • 3 years' relevant working experiences, background with retail or fashion business is a definite advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication & project management skills.
  • Proactive, multiple tasking & able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Human Resources Officer.
