Primary duties and responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the COO and working closely with the sales management team
  • Provide full HR services related to staff recruitment, motivation, retention, training and development for its sales function with fast-expanding retail chain of stores.
  • Look after corporate HR functions in talent development and staff engagement, supporting business growth and expansion plan.

Qualifications and experience

  • Higher Diploma / Degree in HR or relevant discipline
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, or training / people development or relevant experience
  • Good knowledge in labour ordinances, regulations in HK
  • Preferably with experience in beauty or retail industry 
  • Familiar with HR general functions, especially in training and employee motivation
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Familiar with PC applications including MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing, Google doc, Dropbox, Gmail 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of people
  • Is energetic, fast-paced and able to multi-task
  • Is ambitious to take challenge, learn and grow with the company and the management team in a fast-paced manner
  • Is people-oriented, promotes positivity and team work everyday everywhere within the company
  • Immediate availability / one-month notice will be an advantage
