What are your responsibilities?

  • Assist in the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening and qualifying, to evaluating candidates for talent mapping
  • Responsible for sourcing and identifying talents meeting the organization needs and growth
  • Coordinate recruitment events, such as career talk, job fair, cooperation with academic institutions
  • Perform job posting arrangement, take charge of general staff recruitment projects and conduct interviews where necessary
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in human resources management
  • Extensive knowledge in Employment Ordinance and HR practice
  • Good command in English and Chinese
